Tajinder (Natty) Singh’s primary responsibilities include developing and implementing quantitative relative value strategies for emerging markets (Latin America, Hong Kong, MENA in particular) and working with the research team on value-addition projects. He has several years of experience in developing quant driven relative value strategies across various markets, including developed markets like, UK, Germany and USA and asset classes.
Prior to this, Natty was employed as Vice President at Fortis Bank, where he was a key member of one of the most successful proprietary trading desk of Fortis Bank that managed over a billion dollars in relative value strategies. Before Fortis, Natty worked at a couple of Hedge funds and Asset Management firms in different capacities.
Natty provides us with more depth in trading and research as well as enhances our alpha-generation capabilities.
He has an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Punjab Engineering College.
